Ned Golic

Sales

Ned Golic says that there is no better place to live on earth than Australia. Ned arrived in Australia in search of a better life in the early 90's, having escaped from Bosnia as a refugee. "My family had a good life in Bosnia before the war. I had a successful career as a sales manager and my family lived happily in a small town in Bosnia, which is close to the Croatian border.

When the war broke out in 1992, we lost everything - our home, our careers, and our savings. I sent my 3-year-old daughter and pregnant wife to Croatia just before the war began. We couldn't see each other for the next three months because it wasn't safe to cross the border. It was during this time that I learned my son was born. Later in 1992, I escaped to Croatia so we could all be together."

Finally, in 1994, Ned received the wonderful news that he and his family had been accepted into Australia as refugees. Having lost everything in Bosnia, Ned resolved to make the most of his new life in Australia. Ned's determination to succeed in his new homeland is a testament to his strength of character. Having studied and attained a good grasp of English, Ned secured a job as a sales assistant in Coles, progressing to a position of second in-charge and soon becoming Department Manager.

A career in real estate had, for a long time been Ned's ambition. In 1999 he joined Ray White Mirrabooka and quickly achieved a high level of success. In his first year he became the office top representative through the number of sales and commission. In 2000, Ned achieved the recognition of top 10 sales representatives in Western Australia through the number of sales, and in 2001 he achieved top sales person for commission for the quarter. In 1999, 2000, 2006, and 2009 Ned finished as top sales representative for Ray White Whiteman & Associates group. In 2007 and 2008 he ended up as a high achiever too. His continued success is demonstrated through a number of further awards at national level with Ray White Real Estate.

Ned ardently believes in the power of real estate and now owns a number of investment properties himself. Ned's firm commitment to his clients is to constantly maintain a high level of professionalism, loyalty and determination to always achieve the premium price for your property.
