To help you get to know me a little better, Ray White has prepared the following brief overview for your information.
Since commencing his career in real estate in 1989 and becoming a part of the Ray White Group in 1993, Steve has taken a proactive approach to real estate learning multiple selling strategies that he can tailor to the needs of the individual seller and their property.
Specialising in the marketplaces of Ballajura, Alexander Heights and the upmarket area of Dianella’s Dress Circle and St Andrews Estates for the majority of the past 30 years provides Steve with a unique foundation of market knowledge with which to help and advise his clients.
Like the rest of the team at Ray White W & A Steve is a hard worker who doesn’t give up when negotiating for his clients. He is well known for regularly burning the midnight oil to ensure a sale is finalised for his sellers.

Another of Steve’s key points of difference over his years of selling has been his understanding of the auction method of sale, having been recognised with several awards for his success.
Steve has long understood that auctions create competition which ensures the best price for the seller in the shortest time period. Auctions often achieve a result in half the time of traditional private treaty and whilst the choice of the method of sale employed is ultimately your choice as the seller it is an option that must be presented for consideration.
During his Real Estate career Steve has consistently ranked in the Top 10 of our sales force throughout Western Australia and he attributes this to the challenge of being the best. This statement is one that sits well with the Ray White ethos of constantly striving to improve.
Steve is also a father to two gorgeous adult girls Renae and Courtney and grandfather of Harper, who have provided the inspiration for his success along with his wife of 25 years, Gaye.
A keen supporter of the local community and charities, such as Care Cure Support’s Drive for MND, Steve enjoys putting something back into the community that has supported him over such a long period of time.
When Steve isn’t working hard for his clients you are likely to find him barracking for his beloved West Coast Eagles or spending time with family and friends.
